How do you calculate and measure the total square footage of the building?
Area of the building will be measured from outer to outer walls.
What is the initial advance payment required, and when is it due?
Initial payment of 20 % of ground floor building cost to be paid at the time of commencement.
What sanitary fittings are included in each bathroom, and what is the maximum budget?
One EWC, One washbasin, One wall mixer, one no Shower with arm & CP Fittings. Covered Rs.22,000/- each Bathrooms.
What are the specifications and brands used for painting the internal walls?
Internal walls are covered with two coat Birla Wall Care putty one coat primer and two coat premium Emulsion (Asian).
What material, size, and cost specifications apply to the bedroom doors and frames?
Bedrooms door frame will be First Quality country teak wood 4” x 2.5” thick with Membrane Doors (Rs.4000/- per door).
What are the material and structural specifications for the main entrance door?
Main Door with First Quality country Teak wood frame 5” x 3” and same door shutter.
Which brands of cement do you use for construction?
We use Ultra Tech, Coramandel brand cement.
What is the standard height of the basement from ground level, and how is the filling handled?
Basement to a height of 3’0” from the natural Ground level and filling with earth and manual consolidation.
What concrete grade is used for the roof slabs, and what is the clear height of each floor?
Ground Floor and All Floors roof casting with M15 grade concrete to a height of 10’0” top from floor level.
